Where should I stay?

We recommend you stay at Hotel Pinar Dorado or Hotel Gran Jimenoa. This will allow us to provide you with transportation to and from our wedding events and airport transfers. If you stay at a different hotel, please make sure you arrange your transportation directly with them. The welcome party will take place at Hotel Pinar Dorado.

How does airport transportation work?

We’ll provide airport transfers for guests staying at Hotel Pinar Dorado and Hotel Gran Jimenoa. Please share your flight arrival and departure details via our RSVP link. We’ll send driver contact and information ahead of your travel.

What should I wear?

Welcome party: All-white cocktail attire

Wedding: Formal

Please note that the welcome party, wedding ceremony, and cocktail hour will be outdoors on grass, so choose your footwear accordingly.

Jarabacoa nights can see temperatures as low as 50 degrees Fahrenheit in December, so keep this in mind when packing.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

We’ll have shuttles to and from the wedding venue for those staying at Hotel Pinar Dorado and Gran Jimenoa Hotel.

Please be ready at the hotel lobby by 3:40 p.m. We’ll share driver details closer to the event date.

Can I bring a plus-one?

We've carefully selected our guest list. If your invitation says "and Guest" or "...Family" (as in "The Gray Family"), then yes! If not, then we are expecting just you. Thank you for understanding that we have limited space and must make sure that there is ample room for all of our friends and family members to comfortably celebrate with us.
